• Taking full responsibility over licensing, H&S, HR, EHO regulations • Dealing with suppliers to minimize stock hold, wastage, and site spending• Managing P&L, ensuring labor control and maximizing revenue• Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures• Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved• Ensure all employees adhere to company policies in all aspects• Managing bookings to maximize occupancy• Leading, motivating and coaching the team
