Throughout my education and work history, I have developed several key skills such as strong customer service skills, excellent organisation skills, strong leadership skills, good Zoom and Microsoft Office skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage difficult situations through to a positive conclusion.I have developed a broad working background covering facilities and hospitality management along with a good knowledge of the security industry.Moreover, as a person who is multilingual and who worked and lived across Europe, I have expanded a global mindset that allows me to adapt and communicate with different people backgrounds and cultures. I achieved a Bachelor of Science with Honours Business and Tourism Management First Class Honours degree and been awarded several times as Top Achiever for modules such as Foundations of CBT and Management Information Systems, Business Finance, Customer Service Management for Tourism and Hospitality, along with a Top Achiever for Trimester 2 in Level 6
