• Provides tactical support in execution of strategies• Maintenance of core experience lists, practice descriptions and content in marketing collateral for respective practices (proposal descriptions, product sheets, website descriptions, etc.), including information relating to contact information, rankings, and recent transactions/matters.• Assists in preparation of responses• Assists in logistics execution and works entirely under the direction of the Director• Execution of practice and Firm sponsorships as required, working with internal stakeholders to maximize the investment.• Ensuring that practice BD/marketing initiatives are being executed in a timely manner, providing tactical support where required (includes tracking lawyer speaking engagements, conference attendance, and sponsorship and the provision of support as required to prepare for these engagements).• Assisting the Director in developing processes and tools to more efficiently manage the BD/marketing initiatives of the practice, leveraging internal technology resources.• Regularly updating the Director and Practice Coordinator(s) of the status of projects and initiatives.• Working with Practice Group Coordinator(s) to organize group/initiative meetings and distribute relevant meeting materials (i.e. agendas, status reports).• Working with data stewards and practice administrative support staff in the maintenance of client data CRM databases (InterAction, Referral database, etc)• Working with practice administrative support staff to ensure lawyer profiles are up to date.• Facilitating arrival/departure arrangements for lawyers by working with relevant team members to post/delete profiles, ensure InterAction contacts are being properly managed, updating marketing collateral accordingly, etc.• Reviewing practice group budgets regularly to ensure expenses are appropriately allocated and providing updates to Group Coordinator(s) and Firm management as required.
