•Using the system's applications and resources accordingly, even in stressful situations such as high call volumes or limited resources, to provide accurate and efficient comprehensive services of quality to all customer needs;•Identifying customer needs and based on that collaborating with the production planning team to optimize capacities and required resources; •Identifying situations where the customer requires further explanation or instructions, and efficiently provide a solution; •Tracking recovery plans and providing backup solutions if needed; •Monitoring and validating the delivery dates of purchase orders and in case purchase orders are only partially delivered, ensuring the necessary backorders are confirmed within the system; •Leading weekly meetings where the quantity and mix of products to be made/sent to the client for the following week are determined based on demand, material availability, resource availability and capacities; •Collaborating with Planning, Operations, and Engineering departments to ensure that the production plan is well defined; •Tracking delivery data, executing tasks within BaaN system (like exporting documents, scheduling equipment delivery dates and issuing delivery notices) and attending daily meetings; •Participating to Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings and preparing/updating all the necessary weekly production reports for the client; •Representing the point of contact in case of customer's escalations related to execution commitments, expediting orders, and resolving issues arising in both production and Order Management System (OMS) aspects; •Ensuring that the agreed On-Time Delivery (OTD) date is met.

•Executing the production plan based on the existing material and equipment requirements; •Adjusting the production plan in cases of material shortages, capacity constraints (equipment), or other issues; •Preparing a weekly production plan, taking into consideration all the necessary information that may impact achievements to meet customer requirements; •Carrying out the production plan in line with the available capacity shared with other customers; •Maintaining constant communication with the Master Scheduler (Capacity Scheduler at the factory level); •Monitoring production achievements versus what was planned and executing the export plan; •Monitoring the actual exports compared to what was planned - communicating with the team and the customer; •Monitoring delivery data, performing operations in BaaN (such as document export, setting up equipment delivery due date and delivery notice) and participating in daily meetings.

• Setting up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Glue Dispensing Machine, Pick and Place Machine, and Reflow Oven; • Programing and operating SMT machines, adjusting settings for different circuit board layouts and component types to achieve optimal placement accuracy and speed; • Performing basic soldering and rework of SMT components; • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on SMT equipment, including cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation; • Inspecting assembled circuit boards using magnification equipment to verify correct component placement and quality, making adjustments to machine settings as necessary; • Coordinating with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement new assembly processes or to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues that arise during the SMT process.

• Leading, controlling, organizing, and motivating the subordinate team; • Achieving the production plan and even exceeding it under all required conditions (quantity, quality, deadlines, expenses);• Checking throughout the shift that the subordinate operators work according to their job description and that all work instructions are respected and implemented; • Applying and implementing new work procedures; • Identifying the training courses necessary for the subordinate operators to carry out their activities, forwarding training requests to the relevant department; • Being responsible for weekly verification of the internal certifications of the team operators and taking necessary measures to maintain active certifications according to production line needs; • Being responsible for training on occupational health and safety for subordinate personnel and ensuring that workplace safety rules (5S) are followed; • Preparing a supply list for devices, protective equipment, and work equipment.
