Work with the executive assistant of the Dean to insure proper information communication. Help out people who come in with any inquiries. Assist other people in the office with anything that they may need.

Actively ensuring customer satisfaction to provide best class service. Provide guidance to other team members to grow a successful team. Communicate effectively with guests to avoid problems. Took orders, made orders, and gave out orders to guests and teach team members how complete it and satisfy guests.

Assisted staff with set-up and demonstrating activities for the students. Engaged with the students and staff to provide a fun and eventful experience. Taught students (girls 8-10) about STEM and its importance.
