• In charge of leading and implementing the strategy to establish relations between the private sector and the Presidential Council for Women’s Equity in order to create strategic alliances to promote public gender policy throughout Colombia’s regions• Worked with communities in different regions of Colombia including Nariño, Guaviare, La Guajira, Arauca, with a special focus in areas affected by the armed conflict, in order to implement programs with the private sector and international cooperation actors that would benefit the socioeconomic conditions of women and their families• Organized events and dialogues between private sector companies and investment funds, with the Presidential Council for Women’s Equity, the Vice-presidency of the Republic and several government Ministries to generate working groups and action plans that promote gender equity and the inclusion of women in various sectors of the economy• Provided technical assistance and developed work plans with private sector companies and public entities that had not previously implemented internal policies to promote the empowerment of women• Created and prepared studies and databases of companies in Colombia and their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to identify CSR programs that include women’s equity initiatives• Provided extensive quantitative and qualitative research for presentations, reports and documents for the use of senior government officials

•In charge of leading the strategy to attract foreign direct investment from European companies into the manufacturing and agribusiness sectors in Colombia -In 2018 I advised more than 50 companies in investment projects, of which eight invested a total amount of USD 116 million in Colombia, generating more than 200 direct jobs -I supported 12 companies in the development of their business cases for expansion projects in LATAM and attracted more than 200 million dollars in foreign investment in 2019 • Responsible for creating a work plan with multinational companies in Colombia to enable their relations with government entities and contribute to their expansion plans in the country o I worked with Directors of Government Affairs of large multinationals • Articulated work plans with allies in the agribusiness and manufacturing sectors to identify new investment opportunities in Colombia • Organized seminars for Colombian companies on non-traditional financing mechanisms and helped companies seeking investment to find capital by generating contacts with private equity funds

•In charge of channelling the information requests that arrived to the Vice-Presidency of Innovation and Sectorial Intelligence from different areas within ProColombia including: the Presidency, Vice-presidency of Exports and Vice-presidency of Investment, as well as other government entities including the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia.•Contributed to the design of studies and surveys of interest to the mission of the entity, with the purpose of closing the gap that exists between the national offer and the international demand, to help Colombian exporters reach international markets. •Compiled and organized the results of studies and surveys by collecting data and interpreting it through statistical analysis using Excel and Stata and this information to write reports and make presentations to share and present the results to other areas of ProColombia so they can use them when advising clients.•Generated reports and analysis documents on investment and export topics, using official Colombian databases including DANE and the Colombian Federal Bank (Banco de la República), among others, as well as other sources such as TradeMap, the IMF, the World Bank and FDi Markets, for the elaboration of internal documents and for publications. •Created presentations on investment and exports topics, and analysis of global trade trends in Spanish and English, for the use of senior executives of ProColombia and for ambassadors abroad.
