In 2016 I graduated from the Faculty of Law at University of Craiova, Romania. During the 4 years of studies I was involved in a wide series of dynamic activities, such as specialty practice within the Summer School program on Civil Law and Civil Procedure. I also gathered a wide experience studying for 6 months at the Faculty of Law at University of Burgundy from Dijon, France and being involved in research activities concerning French law. I am a practicing attorney and offer legal advice for national and international corporations.I was working in a large number of high-profile projects and acting for Moldovan and foreign developers, investors, main contractors and various consultants. I advised on a different range of legal issues, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters and authorizations, property restructuring and enforcement procedure, as well as intellectual property and company liquidation.The quality and clarity of legal services is the main purpose for which I continue and develop my business.
