It was beautiful when the company started to think about agile as a potential approach for our IT projects, involving business and IT figures.I was in the “pioneers” agile transformation team, just from the beginning! So proud for that.Form the very beginning, I contributed to the start of the agile adventure in Intesa Sanpaolo, defining our model and supporting the project teams working with a new approach and mindset, focused on value delivered.During the same period, I have worked on the realization of Portale Metodologie, an informative internal portal designed for all IT people. My responsibility on the project regarded a large variety of items, such as coordination of the project activities, definition and description of the agile methodology guidelines, writing and editing of the Portal content. Particularly, editorial activities let me enjoy my passion for writing!Now, my main activities regard support teams and Scrum Masters making better results emerging from agility mindset and practices, sustaining agile transformation of the company.

During this period I worked in a central team which the goal was to design IT Architecture evolution and support Project Teams facing complex application architecture.It was great to analyse and support the evolution of the entire informative system, from the enterprise architecture point of view.

I worked in the TLC department recently created from two units of two different companies. My goal was to create a common language and way for working together, with a strong customer-oriented approach, new common processes and clear communication practices. It was an amazing period because of the emerging of new technologies and way of collaborating, working in a very big department (more than 50 people).

Here is my first job. As a Software Engineer for the Mainframe platform, I supplied system programmer assistance onsite for IBM customers, either private or public, located in different Italian regions. Some of the customers I worked for were Cariplo, Cariverona (Verona), Carige (Genova), INPS (Roma), Kraft (Milano), Universo Assicurazioni (Bologna), Pirelli Informatica, Rizzoli.
