I worked at Extra Mile Company as a Vision Weaver. Extra Mile Company is an engagement marketing incentive company that specializes in changing behaviour. While in this role i looked after the management of three key incentive accounts, J.A Russell PowerPoints, Repco Reward Yourself and MasterCard privileges. My role involved the day to day admin and running of the account to strategic direction of the programs.

I volunteered at Quantum Events Ltd in assisting the Operations Manager, in order to gain experience while studying. I wanted to learn the fundamentals of how an event is organised and run. The tasks I assisted with range from the planning, execution and evaluation of each event.

I worked as sales team member at Hallenstein’s Albany for one and a half Years.My role consisted of reaching a sales target while upholding a high level of customer service, processing lay-bys, customer orders, maintaining store security and cleanliness, unpacking, ticketing and replenishing of stock. I thrived in meeting my sales targets becoming the top salesperson in the North Island and second in the country for the 2011-2012 season. I become a senior member of staff with an increased leadership role with new staff, guiding them with sales techniques.

I worked as cabin crew on Airbus A320 planes for two and a half years.I was doing Short Haul routes which included Australia and the Pacific Islands. I was Business Class trained which gave me the responsibility of looking after the pilots and high valued customers expecting a superior service.

I started as a domestic reservations consultant and moved my way up to offshore trained within the space of 6 months and had been taking on more responsibility wherever possible. My role included making flight, hotel and car reservations and providing solutions and options for customer itineraries, as well as doing round the world rates desk which prices and fixes agent’s round the world bookings.
