Senior Finance And Tax Regulatory Analyst, Business Analyst
CurrentMajor areas of work include monitoring, researching, analyzing and interpreting regulatory and legislative changes related to financial reporting, payroll and human resources affecting ERP systems within the EMEA Region. Responsible for organizing and communicating complex changes effectively with different departments within the company. Act as a liaison between multiple internal teams such as business analysts, development and management teams, providing support on the technicalities arising from legislative changes. Communicate and build a relationship with governments, tax administrations as well as in-country specialists in multiple jurisdictions within the EMEA Region to optimize support and the understanding of current and future complex legislative changes. Assist the company’s internal legal team on a variety of manners such as the execution and management of contracts such as NDAs, MCAs and SOWs, relating to the development of third-party solutions that may be necessary for the implementation of a specific regulatory country change. Assist on the implementation of Scrum Master’s role (Agile Framework) into current internal departmental processes.
