Administrative and payroll tasks:- Obtaining the registration certificates for EU citizens for working purposes;- Obtaining the work permits for non EU citizens;- Maintaining the relationship with Hilton Worldwide regarding employees transfers;- Providing legal labour consultancy;- Managing and conducting activities related to disciplinary investigations, reorganization process, dismissal procedure;- Revising the House Rules and the Internal Policies;- Assistance with negotiating and drafting the Collective Labour Agreement; - Assistance with the employees performance evaluation process;- Assistance with the local Team Member’s Opinion Survey;- Preparing the labour contracts and annexes to the labour contracts;- Up-dating the employees work books and the General Register for Employees’ Evidence;- Up-dating the employee database – Charisma HR;- Maintenance of the employee’s personnel files and archiving;- Preparing the HR reports: Holiday report, sick leave evidence, turnover, leaver, HR activity log, expenses report and personnel manning related reports;- Preparing the monthly bonus list and the monthly salary advance payment list;Recruitment & Selection (Entry Level) - Preparing the recruitment and selection procedure;- Discussing with the Head of Department's the Job Profiles and identifying the best channels for recruitment advertising;- Screening the CV’s and contacting the potential candidates, presenting them the job offers and establishing the interviews;- Evaluating the candidates and checking their references;- Establishing the interviews with the Head of Department's;- Setting the final interview with the HR Manager / Director of Operations / General Manager;- Offering support to the current employees/trainees as regards career counseling / performance development;
