At this role I had several tasks directly supporting management. I generated sales and marketing reports at a national level, divided by locations, customers and products for our Japanese HQ. Regularly translated emails and reports from our Japanese HQ (English into Spanish), created Goal Achievements reports, as part of the company’s focus on Kaizen methodology, and gathered our historic Sales reports, as needed.

I spent most of the time interacting directly with customers, answering questions and resolving the different issues they might have-- handling complaints, and listening to their needs.
