- Public Security Program: In charge of finalizing agreements and partnerships, institutional support from Councils, Colleges, Public Security Agencies, Ministry of Justice and its Departments, ensuring compliance with the protocols required by each institution for the LAAD Defense & Security and LAAD Security events; sending invitations and drafting Agreements; presenting the event to assist the guest and confirming his/her presence; confirmation follow-up; issuing air tickets and accommodation reservations; transferring guests; coordination and follow-up of all councils, schools and agencies during meetings at the event.- Official Delegations Program: Sending invitations; coordinating travel logistics for high-level international authorities from the Ministries of Defense, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Justice, the Armed Forces (Navy, Army and Air Force) and the National Police. - Congress Cordination: Responsible for sending the necessary materials to speakers, guiding them as to the schedule of the events; issuing air tickets and accommodation; contracting service providers, such as: transport, A&V, hotel, translation, Rooms, A&B; gifts and receptionists; monitoring receival of material for production after final approval by producers; direct contact with sponsors to make sponsored items; financial control and issuing invoices; - Coordinating national and international travels for the internal team and Board: Ticket issuance, accommodation reservation and transfers.
