o Digital marketing – use a range of tools and platforms to plan and implement appropriate campaigns based on understanding of client needs, in depth industry research and data insights.o Business Development – help develop the many aspects of the business through innovation, partnerships, relationships and targeted marketing.o Customer Relationships – using a customer centred approach to customer service, maintain and build current and future customer relations.o Leadership team - work with Directors on decision making in relation to the business. Help lead full time, contract, and casual staff in the daily provision of exemplary service.
