Responsibilities:• Act as a SPOC for EMEA Sales Team and provide business guidance related to the non-standard pricing;• Support pricing tools development for the Sales team to successfully scale and win deals while optimizing Veeam profitability;• Train Sales Teams on how to use various sales tools, such as Enterprise License Agreements (ELA), Non-Standard pricing forms, Deal Registration, and others;• Mediate relationship between order processing, sales, channel/distribution teams, and sales management• Assist the Sales teams with the accuracy of non-standard pricing, licensing and related policies/procedures around Veeam's RoE• Enforce discount levels and margin protections, as well as a structured approval process;• Part of the weekly forecast call for the purpose of proactive identification of deal support opportunitiesAccomplishments:Created and documented the deal desk process and mapped the process flow for the tools in use. Created a cloud-based internal resource available for the Sales team to better understand the pricing structure.Proactively developed an SOP for the purpose of easing the learning curve for sales representatives, during a new CPQ tool implementation

Responsabilities:• Work closely with country business units managers and sales representatives from 3 different countries ( AT, NL, CH) in order to make sure we provide competitive prices and win deals, but also save gross margins;• Deliver support for the Sales Organization by providing quality pricing analysis and find the best way to balance discounts in deals;• Support sales representatives with the usage of specific HP Tools such as Eclipse and BMI (Unison);• Use the appropriate communication channel to reach sales, BU or any other stakeholders, in order to close requests in due time;• Perform gross margin and discount analysis using Deal Analysis tool (Dart), balance discounts and gross margins and take well informed pricing decisions according to the EMEA guidelines;• Perform high complexity tasks (e.g. High Risk deal approvals, approval of aggressive margins) and responsible for ensuring the right documentation is available;• Validate customer information using SFDC and ensure data accuracy;• Consult EMEA/local BU when margin/discounts are more aggressive than delegation;• Identify areas of improvement in the approval process and assist in creating and implementing solutionsAccomplishments:Acquired strong business knowledge and harnessed my ability to meet customer needs in a structured and methodical fashion.Part of the BMI and Eclipse testing teams due to strong background knowledge of tool requirements and constraintsReceived an award from the Continuous Improvement team for the two process improvement ideas I had leading to better TAT and creating a smoother approval process having less handovers.
