I am a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) committed to improving lives through behavior analysis. Originally from Bogota, Colombia, I began my journey in psychology and behavior analysis at Rollins College, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Communication. My academic journey continued at the Florida Institute of Technology, where I obtained my Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis.Throughout my career, I've held various roles, starting as a Behavior Technician and eventually becoming a BCBA. I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings such as hospitals, clinics, homes, and schools, where I've focused on designing effective behavior intervention plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for my clients.In 2023, I co-founded Brawn and Bloom, where I now serve as the Chief Operating Officer. At Brawn and Bloom, I combine my expertise in behavior analysis with a passion for personal development and self-care to create engaging content tailored to professional women. Our mission is to empower women to navigate the challenges of work-life integration while prioritizing their well-being.Outside of work, I'm an enthusiastic traveler with a love for exploring new cultures. In April 2023, I embarked on a solo journey around the world for four months—a decision inspired by my student exchange experience in Australia. This adventure taught me invaluable life lessons, including the importance of overcoming limiting beliefs, embracing spontaneity, and trusting myself deeply.As a visionary in behavior analysis, I'm dedicated to fostering personal growth and helping others find joy and balance in their lives.
