Responsible for a customer base, processing customer orders, coordinate project requirements, coordinate internal shipping and manufacturing to meet customers' requirements, process quotations, quotation sales follow ups, developing relationships with customers.Key responsibilities:Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiriesCoordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely mannerFile documentation relating to the above tasksQuotation follow-upEnsure compliance with company's policies and procedures, the Act and other regulatory requirements

Responsible nationally for the promotion of company products to the right market whether B2B or B2C. Development and implementation of an annual marketing plan for all distributors, wholesalers and online customers. Responsible for new product development, and marketing of those products. Manage all aspects of print production and distribution of final product.Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness.Manage key accounts and distributors.
