DSM is a Dutch multinational company in the chemical segment, operating in several countries.• Reported to Marketing and Sales VP in the U.S., was responsible for managing portfolios for Key Client Accounts in Automotive, E&E and General Industries segments, performed sales activities and developed new business.• Performed pricing and monitored both business results and results for new projects for official distributors;• Executed sales perspective analyses and managed projects in the engineering plastics segment, with focus on creating new business;• Experienced in systems, such as CRM and SAP for price setting, margin, forecast, projects, pipeline, among others.• Results gained during this period: increased sales by serving new clients and business, with additional revenues, developed three new clients and projects with significant and effective sales per year and reduced costs by contributing rebate calculation analyses for local distributors.

• Reported to the Director of the Brazil Division, with a team of two employees, was responsible for products logistic processes, from the departure of material abroad to products final destination in Brazil.• Managed products importation and exportation processes, experienced in legislation, regulation and documentation;• Provided support for the Sales Area in the internal sales process and in price setting, all while considering logistic costs and taxes, as well as customer service;• Project leader for the implementation of the SAP system, promoted process synergy;• Optimized logistics and importation/exportation costs, while analyzing the supplier and third-party chains.
