My working experience in the last 16 years is in the field of food industry and more specific in the production and selling of sugar articles. During this period I am working like an Office manager, but my duties are quite different and not only in the field of the Office manager. My main duties are:Keeping and organizing incoming and outgoing mail;Translation during negotiations with foreign clients and suppliers, keepingcorrespondence with them;Processing of documents for Internal community deliveries, export and import;Processing customer orders;Management of projects financed by EU programs;Pre-press processing of packages;Coordinating work processes with external government agencies and control bodies;Selection, after studies, of suppliers of certain services and materials, etc.Organization of transport for export, ICD, internal deliveries to customers.Coordinating specific internal processes between different departments.Providing a certain type of technical assistance in case of a problem with officeequipment.
