We are Noodo, an idea accelerator studio. We work and train teams within organizations to help them come up with creative solutions and develop their problem-solving skills. Our approach is based on design thinking and uses interactive workshops to unveil different perspectives, foster innovation, and build a solid strategic foundation. We cultivate, accelerate, and bring ideas to market. We facilitate their journey, we ask questions, we hypothesize, we test, and then repeat. We execute ideas and design innovative solutions.

- Lead new product rebranding and creative strategy- Expand and manage design team and department protocols, while optimizing production cycle schedules.- Establish new processes to streamline day-to-day project workflows- Manage all external vendors regarding new product- Manage procurement budget for new styles/ products from outside vendors

- Coordinate entire product development cycle and properly integrated it to the marketing/ sales calendar. - Create digital asset libraries to enhance design team efficiency.- Manage customs department by creating and upholding project timelines, including internal kick-off/brief, creative and client reviews, and delivery of final product.- Supported cross functional teams while serving as a liaison between design, marketing and sales.

- Engage in design and product development for clients such as LUUM textiles, Tarkett North America, Tandus Centiva and Skyline Glass.- Communicate with mills to facilitate prototyping of new products as well as developing launch packages, color trends and segment research. - Managed social media to increase follower engagement by 200% in a year.

- Assist with the sourcing of fabric for conceptualization and commercialization- Communicate with mills and production- Analyze lab dips and price ranges of sampling material- Work on development of seasonal collections
