- Job Evaluation and analysis of positions for all zones through HAY Methodology- Analysis of full organizational structures- Participation on Salary Surveys for different countries and vendors (Korn Ferry, Mercer, WTW)- Reporting & Analytics

- Responsible for the full implementation and standardization of the process in new regional zones acquired- Support the deployment of long term company priorities into yearly targets aligning the whole company in the same directions towards continuous performance improvement- Global Performance Management & Bonus policy development and implementation

Responsible for Performance Management process for all Ab InBev functions and business units across South America.- Yearly cycle management: target setting & monitoring & appraisal- Coordination of strategic sessions to translate company priorities into individual goals for senior leadership- Performance analytics delivery- Training, communication & change management

- Recruitment Transformation – Reviewing the Global Recruitment process and improving the candidate’s experience.- Implementation of Recruitment System (Taleo) in different zones based on local policies and business needs- Identify, define and document the requirements for system enhancements.- Liaison between the Talent Acquisition team, business units and application vendors.

- Responsible for Onboarding, Termination, HR Personnel Administration and Payroll process.- HR processes improvement to align corporate procedures to a Shared Service Center model. - Support to local HR Country Managers and Business Managers

- Run payroll process activities (upload of monthly news, payroll advances, reports, legal books, payroll controls, pay slips printing, taxes, etc)- Reconcile payroll results and perform audit checks as per client agreements- Participate on Monthly Client Operation MeetingsSystem Used: SAP HR (PY) & Microsoft Excel

- Data Management of HR processes ( taxes, benefits inquiries, offer letters, new hire and onboarding paperwork)- Support to incoming calls- Resolution of employee requests through a ticketing tool- Vendor contact for Medical, dental, vision, 401k, Life insurance. Stock options and support inquiries regarding benefits such as: Flexible Expending Account (FSA) HRA, HSA plans- Maintenance of SAP Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) Creation of Reports: SAP QUERY

- Prescreening of candidates to test level of English- Scheduling face to face interviews- Interviewing candidates on site
