I come from a Psychology background. I practiced clinical psychology for a few years, but later I opted for a career in human resources as these are both closely related areas. I chose HR due to the fact that I am a people person and I strongly believe in going into battle without fear.I am communicative, dynamic, and proactive. I like to work in a team, I’m a good listener, a perfectionist and quite ambitious.I have always liked new challenges.I believe that a company can only be of value if its core is aligned. If employees are satisfied and feel supported, their work performance will be effective. As a result, the CEO's and other members of the company will also be satisfied.I believe that we should not be individualistic, either in our personal life or at work.
