I am a current senior at San Fransisco State University, in the process of obtaining my Bachelor's in Psychology and a Certification in Data Science. As I reach the end of my undergraduate journey, I am starting to look for opportunities to work as a data scientist intern and or research intern to further my experience. As a psychology major, I am especially intrigued by emotion regulation, psychopathology, perception, and the workings of neural networks. In order to gain research experience, I am working in two professors' research labs, one focusing on motivated action and decision-making while the other focuses on legal psychology. Apart from psychology, in the process of my academic journey, I have found a special interest in data science. My involvement at my university includes working on campus providing customer service, as well as, being a board member of the SFSU PSI CHI chapter.
