In my previous experience, customer satisfaction was the absolute heart and center of my role, I learned to handle many different situations and how to think on my toes to provide the best solution that would not only satisfy the customer but also their loyalty with the company. In my current position, I have not only seen the more independent side of marketing but have developed ways to self-evaluate, become more efficient, and discover my strengths and weaknesses, while still being able to come together with a team and bring up concerns, ideas and discuss upcoming events with possible ways to demonstrate improvement from previous results.
