Main Responsibilities:-Provide information to Global SM regarding dynamics of SM audience in local channels-Keep up with relevant industry trends within SM-Define local strategy and channel prioritization-Leverage social advertising to drive sales and to hit regional KPI-Plan content creation and delivery across local (spread)-Design the posts/writes the posts for local SM channels-Execute global content strategy and delivery strategy-Control the quality of the content and engagement /virility rate in local SM Channels/blogs-Monitor local SM channels of the company (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram etc.) and all SM channels of key competitors on daily basis-Advise local steps in terms of channels developments-Evaluate global content in terms of local relevance.-Partner with local stakeholders for integrated campaigns-Offer strategic guidance to internal teams for expanding use of social media across region-Manage social media advertising for a variety of end results – sales, reach, engagement, etc.-Manage local lead generation efforts via SM channels-Trial seeding for both B2C and B2B-Proactively share best practices with regional and global teams

- Communication strategy: support the corporate communication plan to develop pitches and storyline to engage media, stakeholders, economic market and scenario (case studies, bylines, opinion pieces, interviews, meet and greets, top speaker events);- Press Office: Develop annual strategies and communications plans in collaboration with external PR agency and the Head of Communication SER;- Events: internal and external events for customers, merchants and employees- Digital PR: support the blogger engagement, relationship with online stakeholder, blog, influencers;- Internal communication: intranet contents; Internal newsletters, press clipping, monthly internal awards; internal meetings for staff such as All Hands meetings, volunteering for employees, internal events (parties, team building activities), surveys ;- Social media: execution of social media plans, management of international platform and social kpis;- Managing Brand reputation through Groupon social media monitoring

Key Responsibilities:-Managing Groupon Social Media Channels in order to develop a strong Brand positioning- Developing Groupon Social Media strategy and campaigns (setting Goals and Kpi)-Coordinating with all the Groupon Internal Teams to develop new social media projects and sharing customers feelings/experiences- building a strong community management -coordinating with customer service agents to ensure issue resolution in time - Managing Brand reputation through Groupon social media monitoring-Planning Groupon social media content calendar in order to achieve company objectives
