Leading Start-Up Nation Central's ecosystem to ecosystem work to develop bridges between innovation ecosystems around the globe, leveraging the Israeli experience and Start-Up Nation Central's expertise.We create two main types of Brides, leveraging Israel's unique assets and capabilities:The first is focused on developing markets, with activities in India, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, our main goal is to create strong partnerships to leverage Israeli technological capabilities to increase their positive social and environmental impact.The second is through the Global Finder Network, this is the umbrella that connects Global Finder member countries and states, strengthening local centers of innovation, and creating bonds between regional and global ecosystems. Its goal is to create a proactive setup that helps ecosystems evolve and develop, by using the same proven platform, methodologies and definitions. Start-Up Nation Central is helping to build an international benchmark for the narrative of innovation. It enables best practices to be shared between its partners, increases connectivity, and helps foster opportunities for multilateral collaboration.

Formulated and implemented SNC's strategic approach to addressing Israel's severe shortage of tech professionals, which threatens the growth of the innovative sector. Designed programs in partnership with government, philanthropy and industry to incorporate underrepresented populations into the tech sector, alleviate regulatory barriers, and create a knowledge base around the actual human capital needs of the industry.

Instrumental in building the business strategy for Start-Up Nation Central (SNC). Worked closely with the Israel Innovation Authority, Ministry of Economy and Foreign Ministry to identify the need for SNC’s activities and capabilities. Promoted research and case studies on the Israeli innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem by the leading academic institutions (such as Harvard, MIT and INSEAD). Promoted collaboration between global academic institutions, researchers and local Israeli partners.

Placed at the Accountant General Office at the Ministry of Finance, tasked with the creation of the first Social 'Yozma' Fund investing in social enterprises, which due to their double bottom line focus, cannot get credit. She wrote a white paper quantifying social returns, and developed a financial model to ensure the fund’s sustainability. During her Milken Fellowship, She convened the forum that developed the Social Impact Bond (SIB) for the prevention of Type 2 Diabetes - the first of its kind in the world. This unique SIB was presented to the G8 by Sir Ronald Cohen and went on to raise $5.5M.

Daniela started her career at the Bank of Israel, in the Market Operations Department. She analyzed the global market crisis, developed the Bank’s new tender system for treasury bills, supported the monthly Monetary Policy Council meetings, and monitored the implications of its decisions.
