Business Data Analyst
CurrentTo provide the tools to develop the Bank’s strategic data vision To provide support for the Data Inventory concept of a “one stop shop” for information about the Bank’s data estate. Ensure that technology solutions also fully support the Bank’s strategic data ambitions. Help formulate controlled vocabularies and data models for the Bank’s metadata inventory with reference to established international standards and best practice in both private sector and amongst other central banks. Provide support on the strategic direction of the Data Inventory and other data toolsets and contribute to the setting of the strategic direction of the Chief Data Officer Division. Provide analytical reporting of the Banks metadata to support monitoring and measurement of progress to senior management. Provide expertise in guidance, standards and training in business data analysis and modelling techniques. Provide advice and guidance to business areas to enable them to understand the role and responsibilities of CDOD within the Bank. Promote the development of business data analysis and data modelling as a best practice discipline throughout the Bank.
