Main responsibilities:▪ Assisting manager with shore excursion sales and providing passenger information as required▪ Maintaining accurate information in the computer data base system regarding a number of sales, revenue achieved etc.▪ Entering guest rates and costs in the system and on tour order forms.▪ Preparing and distributing printed information including tour order forms, tickets and port guides.▪ Updating Tour operator on daily bases with sales figures.▪ Dispatching and escorting Shore excursions▪ Promoting sales of the tours through brochures and advertising the product on the on-board television.▪ Assisting manager in preparing sales reports at the end of the cruise.▪ Preparing and sending invoices to the Tour operators.▪ Dealing with the guest comments and complaints and taking action in resolving them▪ Managing the number of tour staff at the desk ( creating their daily schedules, delegating duties and following up on the completion of the delegated tasks)▪ Organizing the necessary trainings for the tour staff in sales techniques and customer service and evaluating their performance.
