Supply educator for educational agency-My responsibilities involve guiding children across all year groups form nursery to Y6, following and delivering lesson plans, maintaining order in the classroom, marking student work, making effective use of technology and other classroom tools, and working one-on-one with pupils who need extra help. Skills in inspiring children to do their best, being patient, providing emotional support, serving as a role model, and communicating effectively at a child's developmental level are all important in my role including of course a passion for teaching.
