Project Design Manager
CurrentDirect the strategic execution of RACAIA client projects from design conceptualization to final completion of structures and post-construction evaluation. Responsible for design development and project management for clients include Bank of the West, Quest Diagnostics, Kaiser Permanente, the Judicial Council of California, and the County of Los Angeles.Utilizing site data and client information, manage and oversee all stakeholders including the professional team members, designers, engineers, project management firms, quantity surveyors, and contractors. Oversee and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver the services required, which includes participating in contractual negotiations to develop finalized agreements with clients, consultants, and other service providers.Provide regimented oversight over all phases of design and construction documentation per project, to maximize project performance and final budget allocation to their highest potential.
