My journey to leadership was not really planned, happened on the way, with many roles and responsibilities and learnings on the way. I started in IT during University studies, working as an IT-teacher. After couple of years of training, I worked in marketing, technical pre-sales, sales, services and delivery, and also been couple of years mentor of raising IT startups. Worked with great people on the way, always fixed issues / enabled new processes / helped to people / tried, what others said "had not been possible". I love constant business development, create plans, what we as a team, could do "next", I love coaching, I love to help people to grow. I love team sports, playing in a folk-rock band, and exploring new journey as a song-writter.
