Acting as a subject matter expert in SBA/Equipment processing, tasks include selecting suitable lenders based on specific criteria like credit reports, monthly business statements, business tax returns, etc. Additionally, responsibilities encompass rectifying documentation issues, coordinating communication between internal sales reps and lending partners, maintaining updated lender matrices, performing due diligence on loan requests, reviewing accuracy in SBA application packages, updating file data in the Centrex system, submitting strong and complete files, and fostering strong collaborative relationships with the sales team, lending partners, and management.

In this position, I provide support to all bank lending units, most commonly Asset Based Lending (ABL) and C&I, by administering to all commercial loan transactions for our clients, while also supporting Commercial Loan Operations Associates training and development. Some of my primary tasks include: -Commercial loan funding including documentation review, quality control and funds transfer in accordance with established Bank policies and procedures-Commercial loan payment processing-Interaction with Lenders, Private Client Groups, Lending Operations staff-Training and support for Comm'l Loan Operations Associates-Reviews and conducts loan changes as needs such as but not limited to: address changes, RCC/FRB codes, NAICS coding.-Review all loan documents to ensure quality control -Build and/or convert new loans as per the loan documents -Review loans against their respective documents to ensure quality control of the terms stated and ensure efficiency and all controls are secured. -Other duties as assigned

As a personal banker, I contributed in just about any and everything that is to be done at the branch. I am customer service, I open accounts, I tailor solutions, I fix problems, and more. I get to know my clients and make recommendations so that they may get the most out of their banking experience. I also heavily back up my team in every sense, from an administrative to an operational standpoint. Some of my more detailed tasks include reviewing and ensuring that the require document are accurate for each account owner & type, tailoring the accounts and products to our client's needs to ensure that their lives are easier, as well as introducing them to the bank's progressing technology so that they can bank as fast as they need to, when they need to, wherever they need to.
