Principal Technical Support Engineer
CurrentAssignments:As a Technical Support Manager, I'm answering connectivity related customer questions regarding their open banking APIs. This includes Account- and Income-checks, transactions, credential journeys, reports and also payments. This means, I'm responsible for assisting with all general and technical issues and questions about all the Tink services. The communication happens either in a written way via Jira (tickets) and e-mails, as well as directly via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. I'm handling the daily troubleshooting with the help of Rundeck, Kibana and Google BigQuery.I'm also performing smaller changes to the production environment with the help of GitHub, IntelliJ and iTerm. My speciality as Principal Technical Support Engineer started in March 2022. Since then, I've been handling all requests about eIDAS certificates for the EEA and the UK market.I'm therefore responsible for guiding our clients, who work with their own licenses, through the whole journey of getting their eIDAS certificate onboarded for the first time, as well as through the rotation process when a certificate expires. In exceptional cases, I'm even performing the eIDAS registration/rotation by myself on a client's behalf.I'm also doing the related internal communication with all stakeholders plus the external communication with the customers and banks. For future reference, another task of mine is keeping the eIDAS related documentation up to date.
