Being marketing director I Increased in a significant way both the revenues and the customers bringing postemobile to become the leader among the intalian MVNO. In addition we are leader in the mobile payment moving more than 250 milion euros each year. As head of service creation I ensure the end to end process and service definition, planning and delivery control of each activity. It has been set up a process that guaranties 100% delivery of planned items.

As member of the the startup team in postemobile, i started up the customer operations, the fraud management and the revenue assurance. In four months we created the team, engaged the outsourcers and set up the infrastructure. After the service launch i managed the operations

Since the beginning of August I'm head of Marketing and Innovation in PosteVita and PosteAssicura. I'm leading go2market, communication, digital strategy and caring for the insurance products of both PosteVita and PosteAssicura. I manage a team of about 60 people towards the future transformation of our insurance world.

I was responsible of service creation and planning of all the activities in telecom italia both of fixed lines and mobile ones. It was a great experience because my team started up this new activitiy in teleom italai and we reached a great result of 98% of delivered objects vs planned ones.

In this role I support TelecomItalia spa in pre-sales and post-sales activities for Internet Cloud offer. I defined the Internet Cloud services offer of Telecomitalia in terms of pricing, technical and operational services, creating a new modular model of offering structure, based on building blocks.It has been the starting of the application outsourcing, in this period the two main Telecomitalia's datacenter have been started up based on my business case: Pomezia and Rozzano datacenter.The main customer project rolled out in this period were: Banca d'Italia mail services (we had 3 successfull auditing), Monte dei Paschi Taxes Payment Services, Prestitempo DeutchBank Services, Banca Generali Global Application Services, Esselunga E-Commerce Platform, Central DataBase for Centro Nazionale Trapianti
