As a teacher, I consider myself a wondered learner in every lesson. I got graduated in 2022 getting recognition because of research during my teaching practicum at College. I have taught in elementary and high school, teaching English as a foreign language in Colombia, during the last three years. This allowed me to understand teaching as the art of engaging people to communicate their feelings. I had deeper studies in Teaching Manage and realized the vital role of leadership as an educator. That is why, I see my students thinking of being a leader for them, supporting, caring, and loving as a part of our learning environment. I also discovered a lot from my coworkers who helped me from their experiences and perspectives, being part of a team makes me stronger and more efficient. I believe in our role as teachers so, I do my best in little tasks to strengthen their learning development.
