I manage the HR Shared Service Centre, this supports all areas of the business (110,000 colleagues) across Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics and Central functions. This role keeps evolving as the business and requirements change.My role currently includes, Recruitment, Onboarding, Lifecycle, People Team Contact Centre (supporting employee relations, payroll, benefits, and systems queries) off-shore partner relationship management and the operational payroll team that are both onshore and offshore.I've re-engineered over 85% of processes before transitioning them into the team to ensure we are offering the most efficient service possible whilst also working with our off-shore team to maximise productivity.As we have transitioned to Oracle HCM for HR and Payroll in the last year, I work very closely with the systems teams across HR and Technology to ensure the requirements are understood, tested and managed to ensure there is no impact to service.

Encorporates the management of the HR Admin, In-house Payroll, Pensions and the Benefits team. Reporting to the HR Director.

Managed the centralisation of the HR Admin team from 4 national sites to one central HR service at the Head Office in Bradford that still serviced all sites.

Responsibilty for managing the MI team that produced all HR MI for the whole business. Also responsible for the running, maintenance and analysis of the Employee Opinion Survey.
