Responsibilities: Running the company’s content development & production business across the markets where it had a local presence (initially in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Croatia and Poland) as well as running the extensive format licensing business across all of Central & Eastern Europe, The Baltics, Ukraine, Georgia and the CIS.

Responsibilities: Ensuring transparent creative cooperation between the territories and securing the best available concepts for the group channels. Multiple territory co-productions, back-to-back productions, near-shoring and, in general, devising and implementing new approaches aiming to make production processes more financially efficient.

Bucharest, Romania

Set-up the business from scratch: Turned a tractor garage into a Western-standard TV production facility within one year from start up, placing CVI on the Central-Eastern European television production map. Engineered multi-territorial representation and co-production deal with the format division of Columbia TriStar (now Sony Pictures Television). Executive produced hundreds of prime-time programming for the SBS Group channel in Romania.

Part of the leadership team which turned Creative Media from a TV time broker into a full media services agency and a major player on the Romanian media market.

Bucharest, Romania

Various positions and responsibilities in Graffiti/BBDO Advertising Agency, including Media Director until promoted to Creative Media, the media arm of Graffiti/BBDO.

Responsible for designing, installing and maintaining the first computer network of NRCS.
