Senior Talent Management Specialist
Current● Designs, develops, and pilots a broad scope of Talent Management and Organizational Development programs to meet business needs and HR priorities across a global organization.● Acts as a project manager for the design and development of a broad scope of Talent Management programs to include presenting program information to key stakeholders to gain buy-in, forming work teams with colleagues from the business, managing timelines, communicating effectively, and ensuring quality of product.● Tailors’ enterprise programs to meet the needs of our global business units to ensure programs will resonate with all cultures and geographies that make up the Bechtel enterprise.● Collaborates with colleagues across HR, including Centers of Expertise, People Operations, and HR Business Partners from across the business.● Works with creating assessments, surveys, focus groups and data analysis to improve employee experience and employee engagement.● Strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders● Corporate Skills development and identification
