Limòlo is an eco-house in the heart of Cabras with 6 rooms and 14 beds, open all year round for groups and events. It's a typical house with an internal Campidanese courtyard and a deliberately wild yet well-maintained Mediterranean aromatic garden, following the principles of Jardins de Noé. Limòlo is primarily about its project, developed with the support of green architect Luciano Pia. Spaces designed in bioarchitecture to offer you the utmost natural well-being during your holiday stay. The walls are made of raw earth bricks, clay plasters, and natural pigments, the use of locally sourced recycled materials, cooling through mechanical and natural ventilation of set currents. Limòlo is much more than a simple guesthouse; it's a co-living space, a retreat, an event space. For me, it's a laboratory for more sustainable and lower-impact tourism, guiding travelers towards a different way of living on holiday and - more generally - towards a different lifestyle. This commitment is also recognized by the Green Key certification, Legambiente Turismo, and Tourismé as one of the pioneering accommodation facilities for sustainable tourism in Sardinia. Limòlo House has been selected in the European Projects - Cosme: Start-Up and Sustainable Tourism acceleration: Marittimo Tech, TouriSme, EcoTour (ongoing in 2023). From 2023, Limòlo is the place where Sustainable Living Experience® takes place, a full immersion in bioarchitecture, recycling and recovery, art, and design to change your habits for a few days and offer you an experience that will give you many insights into a different way of living and doing tourism!
