My name is Daniela Meneses, and I am in my third year at California State University, Los Angeles. I am proud to be a first-generation student, and having worked diligently to advance a year ahead, I am now a rising senior.Over the past year, I’ve gained significant experience as a Clerical Assistant in the Office of Alumni Relations, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in customer service and professional etiquette. As I continue to grow and develop professionally, I am eager to utilize the skills acquired during my time as an office assistant and through my other professional endeavors.At university, I am actively involved in two student organizations. As a member of the executive board of the Cal State LA Pre-Law Society, I will be serving as the secretary for the upcoming year. I also hold the position of social media secretary for the Phi Alpha Theta historian honor society, Eta Xi. These roles have provided me with opportunities to develop professionally and collaborate with peers to achieve our organizational goals.Outside of academia, I am also honored to be a part of the Snell & Wilmer 2024 Far Fellows, where mentorship and guidance are provided to students from their undergraduate experience until the end of post-grad. Alongside this program, I have recently completed programs with LatinoJustice PRLDEF and Drexel University Thomas Kline School of Law, which have provided valuable insights into the legal field.As I continue to grow in my academic and professional journey, I am eager to connect with others and explore ways to collaborate.
