-monitoring the quality of manufactured products-analysing and performing the non-conformity reports-liaising between the engineering, production teams and the customers to uncover quality-related issues-internal audit

-coordinating external audits for maintaining product / processes certifications: production of cement -and constructions of buildings, bridges and roads -managing documentation for the Environmental Protection Agency-ensuring the necessary quality documents for biddings: Quality Plan and Technical Procedures-maintain business licences for legal work on: electrical works, around railway lines, exploitation of mineral resources-updating the documentation regarding the standards and norms in effect: Quality Manual, Quality procedures for the processes-coordinating the activity of the Quality department: Laboratory Engineer and Laboratory Operator.

- creating work instructions and training of the personnel;- monitoring and adjusting of process parameters in order to obtain finished goods to the existing standard ofquality;- measuring instrument calibrations of process parameters: pH-meters and conductivity meters;- ensuring supplies of raw materials used in the process;- collaborating with other departments in order to obtain products according to standards;- collaborating with external companies to improve technological process.

- participating at the starting up of newly acquired equipment and the insurance of technical assistanceafter their integration in the production flow;- monitoring and directing the production process, providing technical support by preparing work instructionsand training personnel for the coating process;- monitoring and adjustment of process parameters in order to obtain finished goods to the existing standard of quality;- the collaboration with other departments in order to obtain products according to standards.

- realization of projects aiming for improvement of the equipment and specific activities;- balance sheets for materials and energy;- creating 2D drawings in P&ID;- PRO II - Simulations in determining flows, performance and capacity of equipment;- calculating data sheets for the equipment necessary for the submission of offers;- offer analysis and optimal indication;- on field work preparation for new projects based on practice and newest theoretical literature;- collaborating with partners ( the colleagues from other departments, beneficiary) to adopt the optimalsolution.

-quality controlling of the flow plant through monitoring of the parameters;- achievement of the data sheets: analyses report, quality report;- achievement of the tehnical data sheets for newest products;- implementing the new methods of the laboratory analysis;-monitoring finished products and issuing quality certificates for both marks, intern and export;- coordinating the activity from the quality department by setting the individual tasks for the afferent personnel and following their activity in order to achieve the established performances;analysis of quality standards obtained in the laboratory of production control;-training of the subordinated personnel regarding the observance of the labor protection norms and the PSI;- preparation of food safety procedures, HACCP principles, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 principles.
