My QA coordinator role divides into two sets of responsibilities:- coordinate the testing activities and QA teams for the 2 projects I actively worked on, in parallel - coordinate the entire web QA department from the companyThe coordination duties I had on the 2 projects have been detailed in the description of my Senior QA role.As for the Web QA department Coordinator role, my main responsibilities have been:- Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, providing guidance, support, and training while allocating and managing testing resources effectively- being the middleman between my team and higher management- having periodic 1 on 1 meetings with each member of my team- conducting bi-annual 360 feedback sessions for my team members- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, implementing best practices and industry standards in testing procedures- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for QA environments and tools- Oversee testing activities and processes

Life is Hard is medium-sized company, which develops its own products, targeted for small and medium Romanian businesses. They’ve offered me the great chance of starting my journey as a Software QA Engineer, during my career path transition.I have been working on the same project the entire stay at the company, a complex insurance platform. Basically, my responsibilities were to work on tasks respecting a priority level list, create test cases and manually execute them. If necessary, report the discovered bugs in Jira. Mostly I worked on the web application, but in my last couple of months at the company, I also tested the native mobile app.

Small American company mainly focused on medical supplies distribution.My role consisted in a mix of responsibilities such as creating Purchase Orders, Invoices and other documents using File Maker Pro, updating our databases and product inventory, performing financial analysis based on price lists, former deals etc. and keeping virtual correspondence with both manufacturers and clients.

I worked online, from home. Using an Internet search engine, I had to find websites that seemed they could be interested in posting articles about the company's Instant Messenger program, and contact them via Email in order to get their attention and start the collaboration.

I had the same responsibilities as the actual salespersons in the shop. For instance, some of the main tasks included interacting with customers and providing good customer service. Also, I had to complete a Marketing research based on questionnaires given to clients before leaving, regarding April shop.
