- Plan production schedule to meet customers demand.- Elaborate production plan according to material availability.- Follow up on production orders aging.- Support NPI coordinators on supplier changes and new product introduction.- Coordinate with Vendor schedulers to push/pull deliveries as needed - Expedite customers orders meeting Customer Service requirements.- Monitor FG inventory levels.- Provide critical suppliers with priorities and wish list to meet CS past due projections.

- Provide a work schedule and ensure that all the resources need to complete the schedule are available.- Coordinate with productiondepartment leaders, subassembly or component planners, purchasing and shipping departments to monitor the progress of work through the organitzation and ensure finish good shipped on time to customer.- Colaborate with customers service and master scheduler to provide shipping plan and notify on any changes on customer commited dates.

Interact with company’s customers which could be Eaton distribution centers in Make-To-Stock orders or direct clients in Make-To-Order sales and provide information regarding our product. Solve problems concerning lead times, commitments, quality issues or late deliveries besides internal follow up with planning, buyers, engineering or warehouse to ensure our customers satisfaction.

Assist on daily activities regarding the request and arrival of around 15 local supplier’s materials (considering local as Tecate, Tijuana, Mexicali and Warehouses located in the area from US and South of Mexico). Weekly sending reports indicating the requirements of material and Schedule agreements to suppliers. Daily follow up to components arrival and availability. Modifying schedule line dates according to suppliers comments or issues on every part number, as well as providing this information in an easy handling way to the planning team for internal information and use. As a project, I worked on monitoring suppliers stock and assure they have at least a two week buffer inventory for reaction in case of increases on the demand and prevent major issues. Direct contact with suppliers via e-mail, phone or personal matters. Assist on the Pull system implementation project with local suppliers. Update information in system according to information provided by supplier regarding lead times, MOQs and safety stocks.

Coordination of orders for raw materials, production schedules and staffing needs. Control the current production levels and provide detailed timelines for work in the plant. Ensure that products are produced on time and at the lowest possible cost. Carefully calculate which is the best way to use resources such as personnel and materials.
