This positioning was fundamental in creating a clear and distinctive brand perception in the market and attracting clients and talent aligned with our values.After a thorough market analysis, I developed a clear brand message, later captured in our Manifesto, which reflects the essence of Pensieri e Colori as a promoter of impactful communication.I led a targeted content marketing strategy and strengthened our social media presence to amplify the brand positioning by creating engaging content and campaigns that showcased our project successes.Finally, I collaborated in establishing partnerships with other organizations aligned with our values, reinforcing our credibility and offerings

Operational Coordination: As part of the Operations Team, I was responsible for the planning and logistical/technical coordination of the 17 business forums held at the Grand Hotel in Rimini.Email Marketing: As Content Manager, I defined the editorial plan for email marketing activities and social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram) aimed at lead generation.Presentation Writing: Prepared presentations for clients and prospects with a focus on detail and precision. Content curation for the special project Reach Magazine, in collaboration with the "Il Bullone" Foundation.

Dani at Home is a website offering at-home courses and services to simplify domestic life for families in Milan.I managed every phase—from ideation to concept development and transforming it into a tangible reality—ensuring a customized service for home management and wellness.My role as a unique founder allowed me to understand and address the complexities at each stage, from identifying user needs for home services in Milan, focusing on convenience and personalization, to designing user experience, content generation, and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility.The personal branding strategy and reputation-building were essential for building client trust, carried out through authentic content creation and intensive content and email marketing.

Responsabile dello sviluppo del portale www.salutebenessere.tv a supporto del canale satellitare in chiaro dedicato ai temi della salute e del benessere con la conduzione, tra gli altri, di Susanna Messaggio.Un progetto che in quell'epoca segnava una grande innovazione e costituì uno dei primi tentativi di convergenza tra i tre media: tv, web e carta.In qualità di direttore del portale mi sono occupata di tutte le fasi di messa a terra: dal recruiting del personale e dei collaboratori, alla selezione e gestione dei fornitori, definizione e organizzazione dei contenuti fino alla messa online.Il progetto è stato poi dismesso durante il mio congedo di maternità.
