Transition in UK – 1 week, to take over the T&E process for UK and Irlanda-Processing, reviewing and approval of associate travel & expense reports in T&E system-Input data of approved expense reports from local system to SAP-Preparing of payment proposal-Follow-up and clearing of all personnel accounts-Perform proper documentation of accounting entries Maintain vendor master data for associates-Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports regarding the vendors accounts, open items-Postings the expense report in accordance with the local policy and the country legislation-Manual postings on the vendor account.
