-Responsible for month-end closing regarding Opex, A&P, CADV, Commercial accruals.-Preparation of accrual sales files based on commercial policy-Running CADV cycles-Unblocking orders in order to issue CNs Reconciliation of 418 account in SAP-Monthly control of A&P and Trade expenses versus budget-Creating contracts with collaborators by using the eContract application-Construct new POs to suppliers in eBuy-Producing comparative analysis and verification of data already recorded in various databases-Monitoring approvals for requested services, invoices issuing and checking them in easy invoice,filling in the controlling objects (wbs, cc) where necessary;-Preparation of disclosure files for HCP/HCO -identified as value transfers-Providing SSM training, drafting own SSM instructions and creating plans of prevention andprotection-Organization of training courses for employees with the scope of data protection-Informing and advising Sanofi CHC, as well as employees who carry out personal data processingactivities on their obligations under GDPR
