Organising, coordinating and supervising the activity of the Operations Departments:- Collection Department - from Early Collection to Foreclosure, including the Asset Management Unit;- Customer Service Department;- Underwriting Department;

- Responsible for Watch-List Committee and for Monitoring the alarm signals;- Preparing the strategy for the clients registered under the Watch-List;- Sustaining the strategies to the Risk Department and to the Credit Committees;- Assisting the Units in negotiations with the sensitive clients;- Monthly reporting the portfolio status to the Board Members;

- Coordination the activity of the Desk, within Middle Office Department;- Provides support and assistance to sales team in preparing and structuring the transaction according to the customer needs and real possibilities;- Check and review credit applications prepared by subordinated Credit Analysts;- Responsible for ensuring the deployment of legal and internal regulations / strategies concerning loan granting process;- Member of the Credit Committee;- Performing training for new employees;

- Coordination, supervision of the activity of the designated Regions;- Coordination, supervision of the credit activity in the designated Regions; assisting branches in credit activity issues;- Individual competence for corporate credit approvals, up to 100K EUR; alternate signature in the Credit Committees up to 750K EUR; alternate signature in Pricing and Products Committees;- Preparing training sessions for sales force;- Direct involvement in the permanent update of the internal flows and procedures; part of several team projects;- Developing and implementing the business strategy and the annual business plan, according to VBR's budget and strategy.

- Supervision, coordination of the Unit activity;- Building the unit teams;- Individual competences for corporate and SME credit approvals;- Developing and managing a portfolio of corporate clients;

- Identifying potential Corporate customers according to the bank's commercial activity and according to the sales budget; developing a Corporate customers portfolio;- Carrying out credit analysis reports for the local and Amsterdam management;- Handling the customers' contracts, agreements and claims;

- Competences for individual credit approvals and for non-cash exposures (backed by cash collateral);- Supervising the retail activity;- Designated alternate for supervising and coordinating the Branch activity (Victoria Branch and Tei Branch);- Developing and managing a portfolio of individual and corporate customers; monitoring the customers' profitability and turnover;- Negotiating pricing; commercial terms and conditions;- Training the personnel for the new branches.
