Responsibility:- co-operation with distributors, setting-up/termination of dealers/distributors. - Building effective teams of directs sales and marketing structures.- Launching new products/projects- Contract negotiations, portfolio harmonization- Budget construction, P&L responsiblit- meeting or exceeding sales targets in the territory- optimising sales through existing partners & identyfing potential new distributors- understanding market dynamics & product trends- implementing marketing plans and initiatives to achieve the required market push and pull- direct touch regional activities in cooperation with distributors- product presentations to professionals - coordination of promotion and marketing incentives with distributors- training and education of distributors' personnel
