Ecobuild is the world’s biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment and the UK’s largest construction event of any kind, attracting an audience over 57,000 in 2012, over 800 speakers and more than 1,500 exhibitors.Key responsibilities included Marketing, Website Management, Speaker Management, Accounts, Sales Contracts, Visitor Registration and Office Management.

* Organising conferences and co-ordinating the following aspects: conference programme, keynote speakers, registrations, sponsorship, budgets, delegates travel and accommodation, meals (including at least one formal offsite dinner) and leisure activities including partner programmes and delegate programmes.* Obtaining and collating group and conference quotes / conference bids* Group / conference bookings* Site inspections of hotels, dining venues and other attractions* Partner Programmes – quotes and bookings* Itineraries (local and NZ wide)* Written and verbal correspondence with suppliers and clients* Face-to-face visits with clients and suppliers
