Took on a marketing research project with the help of the marketing director and developed a survey which is now live and ACK is collecting data to gain competitive advantage in the kayak/outdoors industry.

Engaged in retail operations of a small local business and performed various customer service tasks in person and via telephone. Gained experience with merchandising, I was a key holder and also had end of day duties which included daily financial transactions of the store.

Conducted various redemption booth transactions from the customers for the arcade games. Engaged in customer service with people of all demographics, ran cashier operations and tended to other small tasks directed from multiple managers.
